Professional Development & Licensure

TEC provides new and veteran teachers with the opportunity to collaborate and learn with colleagues from the extended TEC learning community in innovative high quality professional development courses and workshops. TEC's cost-effective programs are designed to improve teacher and administrator effectiveness in raising student achievement and are aligned with the needs and priorities of our member districts and the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks.

Our comprehensive professional development offerings include pathways for both PDPs and graduate credit through workshops, courses, content institutes, guest speakers and "job-alike" groups led by highly qualified professionals who have been carefully chosen by TEC's experienced team.
