Post-Secondary Internships

The Education Cooperative (TEC) Post-secondary Internship Program consists of an internship placement for students deferring college, attending college part-time, or taking a semester off. Students in this program are placed based on individual interests and talents. This custom-designed, project based program introduces students to potential careers within their chosen academic concentration.

The student can partake in up to two unpaid internships. However, this option must be identified at the initial screening. Each intern will participate approximately 15 hours per week. The actual days and hours of these internships are determined on an individual student/sponsor basis.

The value of this program is that it can help a student gain an opportunity to explore a career, thus making their college experience more focused and meaningful.

The cost for this program is $2600 for all students. For more information, email Sherri Sigel (ssigel@tec-coop.org) or call 781 326-2473 x121.
